Need Help Dosing LA-200

An employee at Tractor Supply recommended I give this to my chicken, she has been suffering from an eye infection...
She is a Golden Polish Chicken and she is about 1Lb
The employee told me I could add this to water and give it orally.
I understand it is meant to be injected, but I am not prepared to do that; however, I want to get her going on this.
It is one part med to 3 5 or 7 parts water, can someone help me figure out how much the one part would be?

Did you clean out the eye and apply eye ointment as suggested in your other thread. Does she have any mucous, respiratory symptoms? Looks like she's been beat up and now th eye is infected.
