I built this 8x8x3ft chicken tractor for my ducks. My problem is that its leaning to the right side and the gate is leaning to far for me to close it. When I pull the wood to the left it corrects it self. Any ideas are helpful. Tomorrow I think I will add a piece of wood that goes from the corners

Another problem is that the whole side swings open as a gate. I've been using bungee cords that go like this:

The bungee keeps breaking and loosening up does anyone have any better ideas? The door goes up and down.

Any help is appreciated.

Do you know what a turnbuckle is? I have them on all my gates. What it does is it adjusts tension on two wires leading diagonally from it to opposite corners, lower and upper, of the gate by simply turning it to tighten or loosen the wires. It's a simple metal gadget a few inches long, very inexpensive, and wire is sure a lot cheaper than building new gates. You can also use them on the sides of your tractor to pull the sides back into plumb. Here is what they look like, but any hardware store has them in many sizes. https://www.amazon.com/BQLZR-Stainl...sourceid=Mozilla-search&sr=8-3&tag=mozilla-20
