need help finding breeder in my area, or hatchery?

thanks all, it looks like ive found a breeder within 2 hours of here for some young birds, now back to what to build for them, after im done with the ultimate ringneck pheasant expieriance haha, bad babys, ill be readyfor anything, im thinking somthing bigger for a flight for the ringnecks, {they really are crummy to each other, } and converting my 2 story A frame for the quail,

the rings dont go up to the house, will the quail? or mabey i can put a screen porch on it and have quail top and bottom? what ya think,?
