Need help finding the right kind electrolytes for all my animals!

I've been looking around the web trying to find some electrolytes that are for use in rabbits, poultry, and pigs......but most i've found does only one or two of those not all 3. Any suggestions??

I bought some from TSC (Tractor Supply Company)- the bottle states that it is good for all classes of livestock and poultry. It is by Durvet - "vitamins and electrolytes". The bottle has pictures of a horse, deer, pig and turkey.
