Hello,
My husband and I are ready to get our first baby chicks this spring. We are very overwhelmed with building the coop. It seems that there are so many pieces of advice that we don't know how to incorporate them all. It would be very helpful to us to be able to visit a family that has back yard chickens. See how they do it. How the coop is made. How to handle winter weather. Approximate monthly expense. How their life is with chickens. Etc ....
We live in Littleton - a suburb of Denver, CO.
Is there anyone out there who could help us this way?
Thanks so much

What kind of coop do you have or making it the way I do my chickens which everyone does it different is I have a barn that is three sided and they free range day and night I haven't had no predators get them yet and I'm in virginia so it gets cold here the lowest was 9 degree and my chickens are fine they will keep warm. But anyway here's a pic of them and later I can put a pic of the barn if you want
