I’m totally going to read the manual. And I will still end up right here every day until hatch complaining about how I have no idea what I’m doing and uploading pictures of every single egg I’ve neurotically candled. We are going to have so much fun!!

There’s a really great how-to hatch thread in here somewhere. Was super helpful the first time I hatched chicks! Good luck! I am doing a smorgasbord hatch to test out how “active” my guys are. I have a Buttercup and a Leghorn/Whiting Blue mix. The latter is the busiest that I see, we will see how much the ladies like them!

Hopefully Moony takes his time gathering eggs cause it would be nice to do a test run with my own eggs first. We are having a garage built next month (we finally got a date set) so after that my plan is to start hatching and see how my new brooder setup works out then I will be ready for a flock of Moonies
