Need help - how many decibels???

I am looking for information - does anyone out there have a decibel meter who can tell me the average decibel level a couple of hens reach? I need to know to help support my petition to our town council (that the chickens - hens only - wouldn't be very loud).

I don't have anything for you to borrow, but I found a data source from US gov website: It lists chicken coop in the safe zone at 70 decibels. That's probably going to have more weight than your own measurements anyway.
