Need help identifying correct color

I have a few bantam Ameraucanas. I believe they are about 16 weeks old. I am wondering if this guy is a blue wheaten or wheaten or possibly a splash. My girls will be showing at our local fair soon and I just want to be sure they are listed correctly.
