Need Help Identifying Duck Breed

These are my three guys. Just adopted the two on the left. The man who sold me these two said he wasn’t sure what breed the duck on the far left was. Here’s one of just him:

As seen in the photo he’s a rather large duck. For comparison, the first duck on the far right of the first photo is an 8 month old Khaki Campbell Drake.


Any idea what breed he is?

Welcome to BYC - he is a mallard derived crossbred.

Yes, he is a Saxony cross..not sure about the mallard due to his size.I’ve got mallards they are smaller birds...but he definitely looks like Saxony drake and something or he’s just young and not got his full coloring. I have two..my avatar is one..I think it’s a runt drake just molting now...long story but he’s only about one pound if that...just getting his silver..still peeps, still not full feathered..8 mths old..from metzer farm!!
