Need help Identifying my 1 month old bantam

Hello, I purchased 2 bantam chickens and one is a white english bantam the other is what I thought was a black english bantam has got me confused, I am pretty sure he's a rooster but thats not the problem, any ideas on his breed?

One month of age is too young to evaluate - if you wait till 6-8 weeks chick should be fully feathered out. Yes, with that comb - cockerel. Also the red light makes it impossible to see his natural color.

Can you take pics of the comb, legs, and full body in natural light? It's really hard to see. Also, where did you get them?

Need pictures in natural light. Can't determine color from these pictures. It's about got to be either a Wyandotte bantam or a Rosecomb bantam tough. And very likely a cockerel.
