Need help identifying this teen, visitor to my flock

A chicken has been visiting my flock, and stealing food. It’s very pretty, with brown, blue, and white coloring. Appears to be a teenager. I’ve got it in a separate crate. Going to check if my neighbors got a new bird, but not sure where else it may have come from.
