Need help identifying what is wrong with my chickens eye

Welcome to BYC. Can you give us some background information? There is solid pus inside the eye. It could be from a respiratory infection such as coryza, but sometimes a peck wound or something that has gotten into the eye can create an infection. Does it smell bad? Is there any cough, sneeze, or thick nasal drainage? You can try to clean out the eye, using saline and QTips or a tool such as tweezers to get the solid pus out. It may take more than one try to accomplish that. Apply plain Neosporin or Terramycin eye ointment to the eye twice a day after flushing it with saline. The eye may be gone if this has been going on for some time. Hopefully not. Can you get any antibiotics to treat for possible coryza?
 
It may take having someone hold the chicken wrapped in a towel like a burrito, and having tools and saline all ready. As I said it can take a few efforts to get it all out, but if the pus is not removed it won’t heal, not will antibiotics help. Here are a couple of graphic videos on removing pus:
