Hi all am based in the uk so not a lot of verity when comes to predators but this one has me a little stumped. So went to let my geese out there shed and noticed somethings dug a little under the gap in there door, thought the rats again as it was only a little bigger then what a rat would do.
One goose out 11 was dead, neck covered in blood and one leg has been stripped to the bone. Couldn’t be a fox or badger as I’d imagine all the geese would be dead and the hole under the door was to small for them, Would a weasel, stout or mink kill just one? Maybe a cat? If anyone has any input I’d be greatly appreciative. I’ve spent the day fortifying there shed more as I’m sure what ever killed her will be back
