Need help identifying whats happening please

Can someone please tell me what's going on with my hen? All 5 of them have been picking each others feathers but this one has this sore at the base of her tail. The others have varying degrees of baldness under their vents. They aren't itchy. Some of their feathers look like they've had the ends of their feathers clipped off. I'm sure it's probably bugs but this is my first flock and I can't really identify anything for sure.

They're on Nutren Naturewise layer crumbles, non-medicated. And the run is 28x8 ft. The coop is 4x5 ft. I have 5 full size hens.

That “sore” is her oil gland. They take care of their feathers by getting oil from that gland and putting it on their feathers.
