Need help IDing bantam breeds

Hello, I have 2 chicks I need help identifying, both are bantams. I think the first one might be a silver laced Cochin, but I'm not sure because it looks like they have brown on the head, and this one doesn't. The second one is definitely looking like a rooster, but not sure of the breed. Thanks in advance!

Got them from the Tractor Supply bantam bin. Never heard of them selling mixed breeds, except breeds like Easter eggers of course, but maybe I'm wrong?
