You could try craigs list for inland empire, i was just there and there are several adds for ducks and duck eggs. You might look there or go to the local feed suppliers and put up some adds.
Also i understand facebook has a classified section. I am not a member of facebook but several of my friends are And seem to enjoy it.
I wish you luck in finding Charlie a good home where he can be with more ducks. Im sure he would like that better.
