I hope what they said id correct, we will go by this weekend and talk in person. They have always had good rates and good to us when we used them before. Everyone else said we would have to put 25% down. We have excellent credit and such, but not that kind of cash laying about... hehe

If that doesn't work out what about an owner-financed piece of property. They're not that hard to come by and everything is negotiable.
