They probably look at him as new kid on the block since he's been recovering. keep an eye on them to make sure they don't injure him.

I would not just hope it will be okay, I would reintroduce him just as if he were a brand new duck. Why torture him or risk serious injury?

yes i have been putting my eye's on them and they are doing ok so far

I agree, keep a close eye and make sure they are never in a space that is too small for him to get away if he needs to. Make sure there are plenty of feed and water stations so he doesn't get bullied there.

So I don't know if I missed it, but ultimately what did you wind up doing for your duck? I have a very similar problem with a 5 week old and I'm a bit scared.
