Need help my silkies have pink spots under their feet.

Hey! This is my first winter as a chicken owner. I noticed some pink spots on a few of my chickens' feet this morning. Could this be frostbite? I have attached a picture for reference.

Most times when I have seen frostbite, it occurs on the toe tips, and may not show up for some time. I have no idea what the pink is, but I would keep an eye on it.
