Can a vet tell if a female has been altered? We are taking her in asap for a vet check. Calling Monday for appointment!

I just took in an ancient female cat. The original owners called her Pretty Girl I think. But she's not really pretty, so I just call her Girl.

Congrats! Orange kitties are the best. Mine's name is Orange Kitty. Yes, I thought of that all by myself!

How about a name after varieties of Tangerines or Oranges? Like Clementine, Navel, Valencia, etc etc
Are you sure she's not rolling around and meowing because she's in heat?
Oh, eta yes a vet can simply feel for the spay scar; or you can do it yourself.

Could be possible or maybe she isnt a stray and someone dumped her and she has been altered? I cant wait to see the vet He is an old country doctor and I will take him eggs and jelly bellies this trip!
