Need Help Naming Goat

So, I am about 99% sure we're getting this little guy as our new herdsire and I could really use some help naming him!

His dam is Piddlin Acres BZ Whata Diva and his sire is Dill's XM Bo Didley. What kind of name (for his registration papers) could I make out of that?

I was thinking of Beau for his everyday name so maybe I could call him Whata Beau? What's a male term for Diva?

Also, how does the registration naming thing work, I assume his papers would have him as Piddlin Acres _ _ _ _ and then any kids I breed from him would have my own herd name, right?

Oh and speaking of herd names I still need help picking one out!

He's cute, he's colored alot like my Willow, only w/ the white in different places. Wish I could help w/ the names, I'm still trying to come up w/ name for my most recent kids, but I really like some I've heard mentioned!
