Dangerouschicken has eaten some of my delicious Greyfiels ham!

They look well over 40# to me. As far as 'breeds', they look just like production grade animals. They're generally made up of a rotating mix of Hampshire, Yorkshire and a 3rd breed thrown in (usually pink skinned). It makes no difference and there's little point raising purebreds to eat.
