I was ordering some chickens in the spring and for the life of me I dont know what I did with the info and I cannot remember the name of the chicken.
They are a free-range meat bird. Like a cornish rock but they grow slower, and you let them free range for about 7 months before you butcher them. They are some kind of barred coloring, light. And I think that is part of their name, but I cannot remember.
Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
