MP- good point, it came from a nest not an incubator

. Therefore "contamination" may have occurred. I didn't think about that factor and also don't know if any bacteria would affect the chick. I still have an inclination to help, I can't help it

That is the whole reason the chick is in the bator. When I candled and seen that little thing moving around I just couldn't give up on it. I do have a question, there is the white membrane that you see first and then there is like a clear sack around the check also, right? The membrane has a rip in it but the clear sack does not.



I haven't thought of grafting but that might just work. It is worth a shot anyway. Thanks for the idea. I will try and get a pic of it tomorrow.
