CLARIFICATION: there is no feed store I have ever seen that sells true Ameraucanas. they aren't Araucanas either! they are Easter Eggers!!! Ameraucana: are muffed, bearded, have tail feathers, lay bright blue eggs only, and a cushion comb. Aruacana: a rumples bearded, tufted, Bright blue eggs only, and are very rare. Easter Egger:any comb type, any egg color, pretty much just a Ameraucana mix.As of right now I can’t but I’m pretty sure it isn’t mottled judging that I got it from tractor supply so if anything it’s an ameracauna
welp… I am wrong too! sorry.CLARIFICATION: Ameraucana have pea combs not cushion.
Auracana don't have beards and can also be tailed and/or tuftless or only tufted on one side.
oh my gosh.... so many different guesses! my guess is that it is either a australorp, or a mottled orpington.
