need help on using incubator- temps

I bought the Janoel24 incubator last year and successfully hatched 6 chicks but I've lost the instructions for it. What temperature do I need to set and how much water do I need to put in?? Thanks for any advice!

I've also got a janoel 24 but didn't get more then 8 eggs hatched. If I followed the instructions on how much water to put in every day it was empty on water every now and then. So I'm not sure how to do with the humidity.. Anyway, this is what the instructions says: 38 degrees from first day of incubation to first day of hatching, and 37,5-37,8 degrees since the following day of hatching. The water is 300-350 ml the first day in water tank no.1 and 100-150 ml every day up till day 18. Then water tank no.2 needs water, 200-250 ml the first day and never let them go empty from day 18-22.

Is this hole meant to be opened or closed?

It only says that it should be fully open from day 18 so I guess it should be closed up until then.
