A pullet that isn't laying (or getting ready) will have a vent that kind of looks like pursed lips (), a laying bird's vent will look more open or like lips that are sticking their tongue out ()

Thing is - nothing you can do but wait. And this time of year - it can be iffy. However, a couple of years ago, I had pullets that did not lay until early spring...but they laid through the entire next winter!

I have her separated with my younger birds right now, and so far no egg

I'm guessing this means that the pullet in question is not with other laying birds. So, OP has deduced the pullet is not laying because no eggs have been found in this separated area where only the pullet in question would be capable of producing an egg.
