I just finished off the remaining apples from last weeks apple butter into apple sauce. I ended up with two full quarts and one quart that is about three inches from being full. Can I still process it?? I don't have any more pint jars left and only have jars from salsa, etc. left over with screw caps not sealing caps. What do I do please? I need an answer ASAP as they are ready to be processed in hot water bath. thanks a bunch
