Need help please. Pullet seems to have obstruction in throat and/or air sac/lung

I would try to focus on getting her hydrated. Corid won't hurt her. That said, she's old enough to where she "should" have built resistance unless she's been on new ground or is weakened by something else which allows an overabundance of Coccidia to flourish.

If you choose to treat for Coccidiosis, then I would drench her in addition to making the mixed solution available for drinking. For liquid Corid that would be .10ml per pound of weight given orally - do this for 3 days. In between, encourage her to drink the Corid water too.
Once she's drinking, then offer her a bit of wet feed or something enticing like scrambled egg.

I just saw your additional post about the stress and stridor - does her comb change color when she's having the stridor? Maybe turn purple or blue on the tips?
I would re-look inside the beak to make sure it's clear of mucous and canker - it should have a "healthy" pinkish tint.

She does not really have much color nor much comb yet but I definitely haven't noticed blue. I'll go take a look in her mouth and throat again.

This is so wierd! She is drinking and ate an entire scrambled egg, along with a little bit of mash. She's walking around picking up any left over bits of egg. I don't get it. Any idea about what this could be

Her crop is getting something full. Could the little silkie have got her so upset that she didn't eat or drink today and that possibly got her blood sugar to drop and cause the symptoms she was exhibiting? She is still closing her eyes every so often though. Could this be a head injury? I am just at a loss...

This is how she does every so often.
