With her having stridor anytime she's stressed, I'm beginning to wonder if she might have a heart defect.

I would try to focus on getting her hydrated. Corid won't hurt her. That said, she's old enough to where she "should" have built resistance unless she's been on new ground or is weakened by something else which allows an overabundance of Coccidia to flourish.
If you choose to treat for Coccidiosis, then I would drench her in addition to making the mixed solution available for drinking. For liquid Corid that would be .10ml per pound of weight given orally - do this for 3 days. In between, encourage her to drink the Corid water too.
Once she's drinking, then offer her a bit of wet feed or something enticing like scrambled egg.
I just saw your additional post about the stress and stridor - does her comb change color when she's having the stridor? Maybe turn purple or blue on the tips?
I would re-look inside the beak to make sure it's clear of mucous and canker - it should have a "healthy" pinkish tint.
