Help with Breed and Gender if can tell yet with this 2 week old Featured Bantam Chick? Thanks for any feedback!

This one has kinda has greyish feet and feathers on feet.

Right now I'd say pullet but its too soon to say for sure. As for breed maybe barred rock or EE?
