Need help please.

3 year old peahen. Laid one egg two weeks ago and is going through the motions of laying another egg however not acting in the usual manner. Wings dropped and tail down instead of up. She is consta shaking her head as well which may be crop adjusting but I don’t think so.
Also watery black stool. And by water I mean just that.

any advice or help would be wonderful as there are not vets available.

Black stools are normally a sign of bacterial infection.
