Need help please !!!!

I have a day old chick Silkie that recently hatch, but it not the same as other . It can’t pick up its own head and stumble every and can barely stand . What should I do ? I been hand feeding it with wet chick mash but it doesn’t seem like it getting any better.

Good luck but sometimes chicks don't make it.
