Need Help please!!!

OK so been doing staggered hatch for a while now... Problem is my White Cochins and 2 Silkies were due to hatch on Monday.. Most hatched Monday and Yesterday 1 hatched Sunday. So I had 2 eggs left in the bator today. The one was odd shaped and had been rockin an rollin yesterday. I had to take the baby's out and the 2 eggs in there weren't even piped. So float tested one floated no movement, the other had movement. Listened to the egg heard clicking no peeping.... So decided to intervene.. Odd kinda flat sided egg, chick was not positioned right... So we have opened the shell and wrapped in a warm wet paper towel in bator to keep it from getting shrink wrapped... Veins still in the membrane chick seems like a lil weak from trying to peck out an not positioned right.. I need to clean the bator and lock-down some Blue Cochin eggs, they shouldda been locked down yesterday(day 21 is Friday).. What to do what to do!!!

Build yourself another bator. Really, if you are going to do staggered hatches, it just makes life easier. One can be running at hatching temp and humidity and the other can be used for lockdown temps and humidity. That way you don't have to mess with trying to get the humidity up where it is supposed to be for lockdown on some eggs whereas it is not good for the later eggs just put in. Good luck.

LOL I do have 2 running.. One for 21 days and before and this one for lockdown.. Just dont know what to do with weak not so happy chick.. Doubt its gonna make it
