Need help pls! Is this just crooked toes or straddle too???

This is my first like this and I had a boot on him but his toes will straighten it's his ankle joint I guess that's turning out??? Going to try and post video but I don't know what to do and I know I have to act fast!!!

When I make the "boot" he walks better but it still wants to turn at the ankle and I guess where his knee joint is...
