Need help processing, upstate NY

Is there anyone in the Oswego to Watertown area that could teach me to process my birds? I have extra roos that I need to do. Not many, but if someone could just show me how to do one, I could do the rest. I've seen all the pictures and videos. I need a hands on and someone for support (questions). I'll pay you for your time and gas if you want.

Look on or advertise on craigslists-I did see a processor on there at one time when I was searching for chicks. I believe this was about a week ago-they might still be on there. Good Luck!!

It's really very easy. You just take your time. I had all these preconceived notions that it was going to be a huge, ungodly complicated chore. It was going to be very ugly etc. It's not at all.

In my book it's about quality, doing things right, and respecting the creature that gave its life so you could continue yours. It's not about speed. If I only get one done in fifteen or twenty minutes, well, I know it was done right.
