Need help quickly, please

These birds are being rehomed because they've "had them 2.5 months and they aren't laying eggs."

A friend may be interested, but are they, in fact, hens, and does anyone know what kind?

The ad literally only says what I quoted above. No other information was given.

First two look like blue wyandottes and the other two look like Colombian wyandottes . They are very pretty !

They really are! I'm not sure why they are so quick to rehome them. If they've only had them 2.5 months, they're probably trying to settle in before they start laying. Also, no clue on their ages, and it's been 90 degrees or more every day here for over a month, so that may be a factor as well.
