Need Help - Rescue Bantam Limping

We have a little rescue Bantam who is limping. Feet look bad , She is eating and drinking fine. Can someone help identify whats going on with the little girl, and a course of treatment.
This is my first post , so I am going to try and post pics , hopefully I get it right.

Hi! Looks as if the poor bantam was kept in filth (acidic conditions-burns) and resulting infection. You can try using betadine tea (warm water with betadine mixed to the point you can just see the bottom of the pan) to soak the feet and keep on soft, clean, bedding with no opportunity to jump up and down from roost. See if a week's worth of this treatment doesn't start to improve the gait (and appearance of feet). If there is swelling/redness extending up the legs or in hock it is possible that the chook might require an antibiotic for infection.

I would agree with Ivan's recommendations thoroughly. Don't rinse the iodine/water off after she steps out - just pat dry. Let the iodine stay on there in that nice diluted solution to continue to kill germs.
