need help sexing 6 welsummers and 2 pullets

alright, so our Welsummers feathers are coming in,in fact most that their chest feathers coming in and now we are having problems telling male from female along with some pullets that we are clueless about except for a big on that is fairly rude...... so here I am! your help is greatly appreciated!

this one is the youngest of the group he's still got his chest feathers coming in

For the Welsummers, if they have red or brown feathers on their chest it's a girl. The boys get black on their chest.

umm what do you mean by feathered or clean? cause both of the pullets that we own have feathered feet.

"Clean" legs are not feathered, feathered legs have feathers on them - since the bird in the second photo is not standing the legs cannot be seen, nor can the legs in the other photo of the unknown breed, so I asked.
