I have 17 a&m quail, I bought them when they were 3 weeks old I believe no the 6-8 weeks. They've started crowing but no eggs, about 2 days ago they stopped crowing I don't know what got into them. So if you can help me tell them apart I don't care how.

You could vent sex them. find the vent on their bottom.. gently pinch it (left to right) if white foam apears it's a boy, no foam it's a girl. I understand there should be a bump just inside it for the boys.
It would be easier if they crowed beleive me.
Watch them the boys will keep trying to get on any ones back.

Quailz, Here is a link that I think you should check out. After the 3rd picture, the author discusses sexing, and there is a photo of the "foam" that VeggieCanner describes. You mentioned that 2 days ago, your males stopped crowing.... I do find that odd, as I have one male that is 3 months old that hasn't stopped crowing. Another link I think you should check out is this one. In addition to the Cotournix Quail Basics (listed above), it contains several other good threads.
Looking at your quail pen photo, I'm curious.... I'm guessing that there more to the quail pen than the photo is showing since I don't see a waterer (or it's hidden by those 2x4s on the left). Anyway, I can see that at least 2 of the sides of the pen have 1/2" x 1/2" hardware cloth... having just lost a quail to a stray cat, I was going to recommend you replace the chicken wire with some hardware cloth. Better safe than sorry.
Man, I'm on a roll here.... OH, and lastly, if you have any questions, there is a search tool where you can type in a question. Odds are, if you have a question, it's been asked and answered here several times. There are times when searching for a specific answer leads to conflicting answers. I can tell you this; chickens and quail don't mix. Trust me.
Good luck with your quail and welcome to the quail forum on BYC!!!
