You can post pictures at 4-6 weeks and somebody might be able to help, though silkies are harder to sex than most breeds.
X2 Mine are 12 weeks, I've been suspecting one is a roo (bigger and has more defined and bluer wattles) since he was about 6 weeks, but I keep finding folks who have had hens like that, too. The general consensus is "if it lays eggs, it's a hen. If it crows, it's a roo." :lau
S/he does neither still.....
He's a real sweetie, though.

There are several great videos on YouTube type in sexting silkie and sexting chicks. A lot has to do with the windtip feather growth girls will have thicker longer and a double layer coming in behind. You can also check the vent very carefully again YouTube has videos. It’s not %100 but it helps, girls tend to be calmer and stay lower to ground boys are a little taller and busier again just some clues that may help.

It is not possible to judge The breed of a silky when they are this young but I have found that if and when you are getting your chicks used to your hand being inside of the tank or when you’re changing your water whoever is first to come and figure out what you’re doing or look at you and be interested in anyway or more likely to be roosters then hens
