Need help! Tiel's eyes look weird!!!

His eyes look kinda droopy and watery! I don't think he can use bottom lid! Just got him and named him Django! He's about 10 weeks old and hand raised!

Have you taken your bird to the vet yet?

Take him to the vet, but also figure out if something in the environment can be causing it. Is he housed near anything that produces fumes/smoke? Also, are you using any of those hanging bug repellents from or near his cage? I've seen people use them with good intentions but they end up irritating the bird.

Thanks for replying! He was like this when I got him and I'm not using any of those things and he's housed in an outdoor aviary clear of any fumes/smoke!

Most likely got attacked by another bird
Heres one of my birds that got in a worst fight with a swollen eye.

Found out from the vet that he has a genetic condition called hound dog eyes. He is doing great and is whistling a few tunes!
