I'm going to say hen. At 12 wks the blk markings on a Del roo would be more prominent. It should be testing it's crow.

Not necessarily. Most of mine start testing their voice at 5 months. It depends on the individual, and the breed

I think pullet. It has more comb/wattle development and color than you normally see in a pullet that age, but not as much as a cockerel should have. Plus the legs aren't that thick.
