Need help with 2 day old chick

I have a 12 chicks that hatched from Friday morning until Saturday night. One of the chicks had a hard time getting out of the egg and had a large piece of membrane across her back and stuck to her wing. It eventually came off. While all the other chicks are bright eyed, eating, drinking and pooing, this one just sort of wavers and the only time she shows any kind of vitality, it's when I give her a few drops of vitamin and electrolyte water. She shows no interest in food or water. Should I just let nature take its course or is there something I should be doing to help?

It's really your choice. But it could catch up and be normal when it gets stronger. You probably need to separate it with its own food and water to make sure the others aren't keeping it away. Maybe a little hand feeding/watering to get it started.
