i have the trojon[sp] brand but i can't figure out how to build the rest of it

Do you think those nipples would work with poultry? And do they have to be used in a pressurized system? I want to make a hanging nipple water for my birds that isn't pressurized, like the Aqua Miser advertised on this site sometimes.
