need help with a sick chicken

How old is the new chicken? is it smaller than the other ones? Did you separate them first so they could get used to each other. When a new hen is introduced directly in with a new flock, it most likely will be attacked by the other hens. especially if introduced by itself. I used chicken wire in the henhouse to separate mine for a couple weeks.
