Need help with another hatch... chick struggling

Seems to be... a few seconds ago it made a heroic effort to move and is on its side now, breathing what appears to be normal...

You have your air holes open on your incubator?
Yes! I moved them from one incubator to another because the one I had them in originally was waaaaay too high in humidity.... like 80%. Idk how long it was like that;y husband and I both work so it could have been a good 8 to 10 hours. The one I moved the hatched chicks to is a godsend.
 
little guy is doing great! Thanks again for everyone’s help.... it’s separated with another one who was “sticky” but had a much easier time. He’s still kinda gross and poorly looking but an fighter... 2 days of electrolyte water, thinking about giving them some chick crumbles today.
