I went to a breeder about 12 weeks ago to purchase some back copper marans. However when I got there, he had several breeds of chicks in one brooder. He seemed very confident choosing the black copper maran chicks for me even though there were other breeds of dark chicks in the brooder as well. Now that they are 12 weeks old, I’m starting to doubt the breed. I’m going to post pictures of several of the birds for help. Any info will be greatly appreciated!!

They have colored leg bands to differentiate Them one from another. The pink and purple banded I know are hens. The pink I’m sure is a BCM. All others I’m in doubt. They are the green and white are HUGE! They are as big as my other roosters that are a month older than them. They are also very docile and friendly.

They're all very pretty birds!
Do you have a photo of them as chicks?
They look like Black Copper Marans to me! (keep in mind i'm not an expert!)
But just so you can know for sure, when they start laying, check if they're laying those
chocolate-y eggs they're so famous for! They also grow to be pretty big, and are usually pretty docile, so you can look for those points, too.
