Need help with breed and Gender

My daughter brought this chicken home from school at about 1 week old (don't worry it's not alone as I have gotten others to keep it company)
It is about 9 weeks old now and I have no idea what breed it is. I THINK it's a female, but could be wrong as this this the first time we have raised chicks.

"her" legs are grey with no feathers. I hope it's a she as it is a very pretty bird and has quite the personality.

Easter Egger pullet.

I've been told it could be silver laced Wyandotte (but if i have one of those and they have yellow legs and black around the feather edges)
Also was told silver laced Cochin (but they have feathered legs)

Was also told could be a jersey giant, but I can't find any pics of jersey giants that come even close to what mine looks like.

She has a pea comb, muffs, beard, and green legs. She's an Easter Egger.

definitely an Easter Egger pullet. I have one that looks just like her. What color was she as a baby? Mine was a chocolate brown chipmunk color.

Thank you. Yes she is beautiful that was why I was worried and hoping it was a pullet! Not allowed to have Roos where I am. And really didn't want to have to give her up.

Even happier she's an EE! When we started this and I was researching breeds and what to do I kept wanting EE chicks. (Went out and ordered 4 more, they are 3 weeks old now.). I cant wait to see how they all look when they get bigger.

I have 3 of them, 2 are orange with blue and one like yours, they are POL and I'm so excited about getting eggs. I have 6 total that are gong to lay any day now
