I’m not sure what breed he/she is.

From a lady who got him from a hatchery. She said it was an olive egger.
She might be right. Olive eggers can have almost any appearance, depending on what the hatchery is crossing to produce them. If the bird was female, you would know when she started to lay eggs-- but that male is never going to lay eggs, so we're stuck guessing :)

Maybe hatchery quality Ayam Cemani or Sumatra?
Not Sumatra, because the comb is wrong. OP's bird has a single comb, while Sumatras have pea combs.
