If I bought mix ducks that are pekin/Ancona can I breed the pekin out of them with pure breed Ancona duck?

No! It doesn't matter how many generations you breed the pekin/anconas to anconas, the resulting offspring will ALWAYS be crosses. It's actually very misleading as some people will do this and sell as anconas simply because the offspring will be marked like anconas. And many unsuspecting buyers won't know the difference. That is why you should only buy from a reputable breeder with known bloodlines if you want to get into anconas seriously. There are just too many crosses out there that can look like and be mistaken for anconas!
If you want pure anconas, shoot me a message. I breed them and have a list of breeders I know have pure lines and sell eggs and ducklings as well. I'm happy to help you with the breed or at least point you in the proper direction to ensure you don't start off with a junk flock
